We are so confident that you will LOVE our feel-amazing, taste-amazing sensitive recipe foods that if you try a Fody product for the first time and aren’t 100% satisfied, we will give you your money back (terms and conditions below).*

RETAIL PURCHASES:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any one Fody product from an authorized retailer, we will refund you for the original purchase price of the product.

Here is how: 
Request your refund by emailing us at info@fodyfoods.com with the subject line: Fody’s Feel Amazing Guarantee

Email must be received within 30 days of original purchase

Email must include your:

- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address (for Paypal refund)
- Reason for the refund (it matters to us; we’re always looking for ways to improve)
- Picture of original itemized receipt
- Product name

Fody’s Guarantee is limited to your first purchase of any one Fody product, up to a maximum value of $30.00 USD in the USA or $30.00 CAD in Canada.

Once we receive your request, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price within 14 days via PayPal.

ONLINE PURCHASES:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.fodyfoods.com, we will refund you for the original purchase price of the product.

Once we receive your request, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price within 14 days.

Fody’s Feel Amazing (or your money back) Guarantee Program is offered at Fody’s own discretion and can be terminated at any time. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Damaged Goods :

If there is visible damage to your order/products upon delivery, please email us at info@fodyfoods.com or call us at 1-844-FODMAPS to inquire about a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order and detecting such damage.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
